Job Description

Financial Analysts ensure that Google makes sound financial decisions. As a Financial Analyst, your work, whether it’s modeling business scenarios or tracking performance metrics, is used by our leaders to make strategic company decisions. While working on multiple projects at a time, you are focused on the details while finding creative ways to solve big picture challenges.
As a Search Revenue Analyst, you will create analysis, tools, and insights to support the execution of our Search plan while collaborating with other team members. You will help review and craft our Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) Google Ads and strategy. You will present to team leaders of the Business and Product organizations to influence our business decisions.

 

Responsibilities:

• Create analyses, tools, and insights that enable us to monitor and understand Search trends in EMEA, across ads, and organic dimensions.
• Identify and assess the size of risks and opportunities for our EMEA Search business.
• Contribute to the creation of analyses, tools, and insights to support the execution of our
• Search plan. Review and craft our EMEA Google’s ads and organic strategy, in partnership with EMEA Go-o-market and finance peers across the globe, and present it to executive leaders of the business and product organizations.
• Support efficiency in core finance processes such as weekly reporting, analytics, quota setting, forecasting ,and long-term business planning.
• Communicate insights clearly so as to give suggestions to decision makers in EMEA and globally.

 

Requirements:

• Experience with data infrastructure building, code management, data analytics, or general programming.
• Master’s degree in a quantitative, technical, or engineering field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to collaborate with Google leadership regarding the Google search business and making data-informed investment decisions.
• Experience collaborating with executive-level decision making and partnering with both business and product-minded teams.
