Job Description

Global Sustainable Packaging Program Lead is required internally to connect all elements of the strategy over regions, functions (R&D, Commercial, Supply, Marketing, Sales, CA) and technologies in Pet Nutrition. With significant current packaging spend and a pressing business risk/opportunity both, global coordination and execution of the 2025 Packaging for Growth Program along with future activities to ensure our sustainability goals remain relevant and on target.

Responsibilities:

• In close partnership with the regions and business units who will lead on material and market specific strategy, own the development and deployment of the Pet Nutrition sustainable packaging strategy with a focus on plastics.
• This includes creating critical milestones and aligning on interim targets.

Requirements:

• Ability to co-ordinate and network across multiple regions and business functions
• Manage ambiguity derived from multiple stakeholders and differing strategic requirements
• Look for and drive, collaborative synergies across regions where overlapping needs can be shared to deliver maximum success
• Excellent communication skills to prepare and present updates / insights on program progress
