Job Description:

The Influencer Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing influencer strategies across all Saadia brands and executing these plans. This person will own relationships with key social media influencers, agents and management teams, as well as relevant industry vets, for the purpose of generating brand awareness and building community

Responsibilities:

• Execute and support ambassador level + paid talent level influencer campaigns from beginning to end, including but not limited to identifying, vetting, negotiating and managing influencer partnerships
• Work with the internal teams marketing reps to define the strategic approach and tone of voice for each brand
• Prospect and outreach to new talent and negotiate offers while focusing on our brands KPI’s/positive ROAS goals (Instagram, Youtube, Tik Tok, etc)
• Maintain positive relationships with ambassadors, talent, and agent/management partners through email or calls
• Brainstorm new, creative approaches to influencer campaigns. Keep close to emerging trends, technologies and influencers

Requirements:

• BA/BS in Marketing, Communications / 5+ years related experience – social media and influencer marketing with a focus in fashion, beauty and lifestyle Must work well in a fast-paced environment
• A minimum of 5 years of professional experience leading influencer marketing strategy and campaign execution for an influencer network and or agency Not afraid to challenge the status quo
• In-depth knowledge and understanding of current and emerging social media platforms and the special moments and details that go into making compelling and engaging influencer content across platforms
