Job Description:

This position is responsible for managing and coordinating brand Marketing and strategy across channels, aligning the creative and production functions within critical brand timeframes. This business partner will work cross-functionally with different leaders to drive innovative, actionable and efficient marketing campaigns, ensuring projects are executed in a timely manner, and delivered in accordance with brand standards.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage the execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels and mediums
• Create and execute overall marketing strategy
• Manage marketing budget to ensure P&L results are achieved
• Collaborate with digital partners on optimal UX and brand right customer journey
• Develop outside-the-box marketing ideas to acquire and retain customers
• Lead end-to-end management of campaigns and projects from conception to planning, execution and deployment.
• Partner closely with other Marketing leads to understand core vision and key focuses of Marketing initiatives

Requirements:

• 5+ years of Marketing experience
• E-Commerce/DTC experience
• Proven leadership experience in working across multiple functional areas
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Must thrive in a test/learn, fail-fast, high octane, environment
• Ability to both think strategically and drive detail-oriented execution with excellence
