Job Description:

The Fashion Nova Sample Coordinator is responsible for processing and tracking all product samples from start to finish as they move through the TOP department to the Studio Operations department.

Responsibilities:

• Receive all Top of Production (TOP) samples for apparel/accessories/other products, scan into the company database, print the web label, and prep for Buyers approval
• Organize and prep all TOP samples for our Fit Tech processing
• Coordinate the TOP approval process with Buying and TOP coordinate to hit 3- day processing lead-time
• Provide daily updates on TOP status and prioritize TOP approvals for Rush product

Requirements:

• Minimum 0-2 years’ experience in Quality Control and/or apparel
• Knowledge of E-Commerce platforms such as NetSuite, and Excel
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and embrace change
• Clear and effective written and verbal communication and strong interpersonal skills required
• Organized, proactive, and self-sufficient
• Ability to multitask and problem solve
• Exceptional attention to detail and quality control
