Job Description:

Fashion Nova is looking for a responsible Studio Assistant to perform a variety of administrative, and clerical tasks. The Studio Assistant will provide support to our Studio Operations team, assisting in daily office needs and assisting with the team’s general administrative and production activities.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in ordering daily studio lunches, and sometimes picking up
• Assist in keeping the Studio organized before and after daily shoots
• Commits to long hours when necessary to achieve goals

Requirements:

• 1+ years administrative or related experience preferred
• Working knowledge of office equipment, like printer
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
• Ability to lift up to 50+ pounds
