The Head of Digital Communications is a key role within the Marketing and Communications leadership team, reporting to the Deputy Director of Marketing and Communications. The role requires passion, innovation and expertise in social media, content creation and effective use of UKEF’s digital channels (including web and SEO) to raise awareness and generate leads. This role requires a high level of creativity and attention to detail, a strong understanding of brand and editorial, and the ability to work at pace to deliver impactful, high-quality content across a range of channels and formats. You will be a collaborative team leader, able to strategically drive engagement, alongside hands-on daily management of the digital team. You will be proficient at developing plans, prioritising activity, delivering effective and high impact content, and evaluating the effectiveness of digital communications.

This is an exciting role within a busy communications team, requiring delivery at pace and the ability to manage multiple priorities, whilst working on longer-term projects. The successful candidate will be required to produce high quality written and visual digital communications, including case studies, news, images, videos, social media posts and web content, as well as leading on SEO and websites. You will also be comfortable managing web platforms and content and working with partners to keep our websites up to date and to high standard.
