Job Description:

For the Product & Processes Area, within the Marketing & Innovation, we are looking for the following profile to develop new products for our customers:

Responsibilities:

• You will create a positive emotional experience for various internal and external stakeholders towards E.ON Innovation
• You will develop partnerships with peers and service providers to create memorable experiences
• Major formats that are driving stakeholder experience are E.ON Innovation Days, E.ON Impact Festival and participation in third party events
• You will be responisble for leading these formats in terms of Project Management, Execution and Partner management
• You will identify the stakeholders that are imoprtant and provide annual and update on quarterly basis the ‘Experience Plan’
• Maintain up to date knowledge of latest event and trade fair formats

Requirements:

• You will lead the team with positivity and empathy
• You will coordinate with various departments within your unit to agree on resource and budget distribution, allocation and priortization
• You are a motivated and a dedicated team leader
• You are proficient in project management with a focus on events
• Have a real passion for creating innovative expriences and events
• Must have a demonstrated ability to develop outstanding event formats
• Possesses knowledge and experience to work with service providers
• Extensive travel is required for this role and will depend on business needs
• High onsite availability to plan, develop and deliver onsite experiences
• Because of your work with several agencies and service providers you will manage these agencies diligently
