Job Description:

For the Product & Processes Area, within the Marketing & Innovation, we are looking for the following profile to develop new products for our customers:

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement energy products (power and gas) based on customer needs and market trends, according to the offer roadmap defined in collaboration with the Offering team
• Detail product features and design E2E processes aimed to deliver great and seamless experiences to customers
• Translate customer needs into customer journeys, adopting a customer centric design approach, by rapidly testing prototypes and iterating solution design, then launching market propositions from the Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) up to the mature complex products
• Define the implementation plan for each new product to be launched
• Engage the relevant stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams in the development and implementation of new products
• Coordinate the definition of end-to-end customer, sales and operational processes related to the new products

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering or a related field as appropriate
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in product development, operations or project management in a customer focused business function. Experience in the Utility sector will be a plus
• Creativity, curiosity and open-minded attitude
• Focus on customer needs and expectations – strong customer orientation
• Ability to motivate cross functional project teams to deliver to a high quality and meet required deadlines and targets
• Strong operational view with a pragmatic attitude of getting things done and making complex stuff easy, also by identifying and understanding relevant barriers and bottlenecks in order to adapt or restart iterative processes
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills
• Italian mother tongue and fluent in English
