Job Description

Commercial: Locations: London & Warrington: responsible for ensuring that the purchase of all goods and services for the NCA are made in a legally compliant manner and that sustainable and environmental issues are considered. Working directly to the NCA’s Chief Financial Officer to deliver high quality and professional procurement and contract management. This is an exciting time to join the Commercial team as we are undertaking a period of rapid change, focussed on finding ways to continuously improve our function.
Finance: Locations: London, Warrington, Bristol & Belfast: works to plan and prioritise NCA resource and capital expenditure, supports our investment and capability strategy, provides analysis on value for money and evaluation of options for any investment opportunity and ensures compliance with our statutory regulatory and cooperate governance duties.

 

Responsibilities:

• Payroll Assistants: provides support to the business in a number of key areas. Your role will typically involve administration of pensions/payroll to support the business, liaison with colleagues throughout the business, and maintaining payroll and pension systems to provide an effective service in line with statutory regulations
• Transactional Services provides support to the business in a number of key areas. Your role will involve processing payments to suppliers, collecting debts from customers and providing banking services, including the administration of our corporate credit cards and other expenses.

 

Requirements:

• HR Specialist Services- provides a legally and policy compliant support service for the business, responding to the business need and
• providing support, guidance and advice, leading on the HR policies, occupational health and wellbeing.
• Learning, Development & Talent- designs and delivers training and support to all NCA officers and external partners
• HR Strategy & Insights- responsible for the effective delivery of people data to the NCA, as well as producing strategies, managing diversity data and driving forward diversity campaigns.
• HR Delivery Services-responsible for ensuring that the staffing requirements for the entire Agency are met and provide transactional support and a front line service to the Agency.
