Responsibilities:

• Ensure the integrity of data within the Finance Data Warehousing encompassing the following activities
• Extract data from a legacy SAP system for upload into the Data Warehouse
• Maintain and publish mapping tables along with an audit trail
• Perform a monthly documented reconciliation of the Finance Data Warehouse against source systems
• Identify and resolve data movements and exceptions by creating dashboards
• Pro-actively review and resolve reconciling differences
• Assign security roles to users that are commensurate to user responsibilities
• End user support and training
• Creation of User and Process Documentation
• Establish close working relationships with Group FP&A, Group Finance, and IT SQL team to form a Corporate Reporting Forum.

Requirements:

• Provide support to the HFM Development team where required, to deliver enhancements and upgrades where this impacts the Data Warehouse~
• Oracle
• Apply knowledge gained of Oracle Fusion processes and data structure in order to problem solve within FDW
• Participate in the migration of legacy GL data into Oracle including running extracts, maintaining mappings, reconciling back to source and target TB
• Provide user support and guidance to Oracle technical and finance teams as to the use of the Group reporting structures
• Pro-active continual review of data in source systems
• Contract to Cash Initiative
• Become proficient with all elements of the Campaign to Cash process, the flow of data within and impacts for key reporting matrix
• Participate in any projects or data analysis within any part of the contract to cash process as directed, including activities such as discovery, design, testing, reconciliation, training, documentation
