Responsibilities:

• A professional qualification in a related subject (desirable).
• Experience of working with adults, parents, adolescents, and families in challenging environments.
• Skills in delivering programmes of work to families and adolescents, preferably parenting interventions, CBT, behaviour modification, family therapy
• An ability to take and act promptly on clinical direction and feedback from the MST supervisor and MST Consultant to ensure model fidelity.
• The ability to plan and predict problems and devise evidence-based interventions against clear measures with thorough evaluation

Requirements:

• Engaging with families, colleagues, and external professional networks to achieve agreed outcomes
• Participating in regular individual clinician development with the MST supervisor, reflecting on your practice, developing your skills and knowledge
• Participating in weekly group supervision, delivered by the MST supervisor to aid planning and progression with the family including development of evidence-based interventions
• Case working up to 6 families who are referred to the MST service
• Completing case paperwork weekly for all allocated cases
• Conducting rigorous risk assessments to ensure the Safeguarding of your service users
