Responsibilities:

• Coaching Services (Guide customers how to use Workday’s reporting tools to satisfy their business requirements).
• Jumpstarts (one-on-one customer design workshop).
• Deployments (Analytics Lead on a full deployment of a feature like Talent Management or Payroll).
• Review and Recommend (configuration and business requirements reviews with a detailed follow-up result calling out opportunities for optimization).
• Reporting & Analytics Projects (Build dashboards, analytics & reports for customers using Workday reporting tools).

Requirements:

• Ability to perform effective product demonstrations as part of any enablement program
• Experience implementing Workday, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft or similar software applications
• 3+ years of Reporting, Analytics, and Data warehousing experience for enterprise software applications
• Capable of influencing, interacting and collaborating with senior management and technical resources both internally and externally
• 3+ years of demonstrated ability building and maintaining Workday analytics.
• Ability to work cross functionally as a “virtual” team leader and possess strong and effective verbal and written communication skills with the ability to customize approach for a variety of audiences
• Gain Workday certification in Core HCM, Core Reporting, and Workday Prism.
• Ability to travel up to 20%
