Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the traders and middle office users to fix booking, pricing and risk related issues.
• Prioritize work to successfully deliver service in a diverse environment.
• Perform impact analysis on application changes.
• Perform application releases and changes into PROD/DR environments.
• Perform in depth technical BAU application support.
• Act as a Level2 support for Level1 team in India.
• Support multiple trading applications – front to back including batch processing.
• Manage incidents, problems and changes of varying complexity.

Requirements:

• Ensure problems are raised for all incidents and regularly followed up thought out closure.
• Ensure timely response and coordination of user queries and incidents
• Monitor batch processing, enhance batch processing and ensure batches meet SLA’s
• Deliver any necessary automations to reduce manual work
