Responsibilities:

• This is a great opportunity to work as a Business/Data Analyst as part of the newly formed Data Performance team responsible for delivering and executing on the Sage Data strategy enabling the business to deliver data centric outcomes.
• Reporting to the Data Sourcing Manager an exciting opportunity has arose to understand areas of the business from commercial performance to requirements documentation for data ingestion. Looking at all areas of Sage’s ‘data value chain’ this candidate will be crucial for articulating important enterprise and 3rd party Data Assets to drive insight and improve performance across the business.
• The successful candidate will need to understand how to create and analyse commercial models relating to business KPI’s and potential impact on those KPIs relating to modifications of the customer journey
•  Can we predict what may happen if the business were to build enhancing capability which could be driven to an outcome via the data experimentation process.

Requirements:

• Act as am interface between the Business Stakeholders and the Delivery teams, gathering and documenting data & business requirements.
• Collaborate with the rest of the data team to design and develop solutions by providing data needs aligned to the business requirements.
• Provide support to data users across the business in their creation of Data Use Cases
• Evangelise the value intrinsic to our data and champion the insights we could drive by bringing our data together
• Work closely with our business stakeholders, understand goals, contribute to business strategy and discussions presenting data and recommendations to steer decisions around priorities and ways of working.
• Drive Analysis of High Priority Data Assets ensuring we have the capability and understanding to deliver the business outcome.
