Responsibilities:

• Identifying future growth opportunity areas with clear articulation of consumer reason to believe & target audience, role in portfolio, competitiveness of proposition and picture of success
• Owning the innovation road map and develop pipeline within it, by defining key consumer insights, competitive analyses, technology trends, business needs and market opportunities
• Ensuring effective category business model delivering a balanced Platform Pipeline that addresses costs to enable the right pricing and margins for sustainable value growth and leadership, owning the development of Business Cases
• Actively participating in the definition of the category Future Platform pipeline, develop, validate and deploy consumer, product, and financial rationale embedded behind the strategy (3-5yr+ horizon),
• Initiating and commissioning consumer research to validate product development, supervise consumer trends and ensure superiority of portfolio vs. competitors
• Developing effective coordination and working relationships with crucial teams such as Research and Insights, Category Brand Strategy, R&D, and others.

• Proven strategic thinking, analysing critical factors and variables to influence long-term success and business growth
• Successful collaboration, stakeholder management and influence, driving transformation and change through others across a matrix organization and among diverse cultures
• Possess exceptional initiative and strong decision-making ability
• Effective communication, briefing, and presentation skills
• Resilient, flexible, and confident to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and ambiguous environment
• Strong analytic skills & logical/creative thinking; affinity with analytical activities and software systems.

• Experience and knowledge in digital marketing
• Project management
