Job Description:

Inspiring our customers is important, but it’s every bit as vital to make sure we have everything that they need to make their ideas happen. Moving products and stock around your store, you’ll see that we do.

Responsibilities:

• In this role you’ll be a key part of our warehouse team working to a busy despatch schedule.
• You’ll be a health and safety champion, especially when operating warehouse equipment.
• And, of course, you’ll help and advise any customer who comes your way.

Requirements:

• Join our team, and you’ll do so much more than stack shelves.
• You’ll become an expert. A trusted advisor. An inspiration as well as a guide.
• The person who gets to know all kinds of customers and understand their home improvement projects, before opening their eyes to what’s really possible.
• Sales will be important, of course, as will things like managing stock, setting up displays, and making sure your store looks great. But truly great customer service will be your main aim
