Job Description

We’re on a mission to transform learning at ASOS. To help us on this journey we’re looking for an experienced Learning & Development Partner to define, drive, and execute function Learning & Development strategies that build future capability, close skills gaps and retain talent. You’ll work closely with the PX Partners (HRBPs) and Senior Leaders in your business areas as well work in close partnership with Head of Learning & Development to define the future direction of the overall L&D offer at ASOS.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and assess the capability gaps and devise future focused learning & development strategies that build the critical skills they need for the future.
• Facilitate team effectiveness workshops.
• Develop and deliver measurable learning experiences that drive performance and increase engagement.
• Form strong relationships with key stakeholders in your business area(s) and PX partners to ensure alignment and successful delivery.
• Influence and challenge stakeholders to raise the bar.
• Optimise people performance through supporting managers to build the right skills and capability to deliver business objectives.
• Provide coaching & mentoring support.
