Job Description:

We’re looking for a highly motivated, customer-obsessed, results driven and analytical Product Manager to join the team, who will own product development, sourcing, ongoing category management and the P&L for the categories in scope. The successful candidate possesses superb business judgment, with a track record of successful negotiations and team collaboration. The ideal candidate is a smart, hard-working and creative person who loves solving challenging problems and ‘getting it done’.

Responsibilities:

• Identifying, negotiating with and onboarding vendors to add selection in line with our tenets
• Engaging with Channel teams (e.g. Amazon Fresh Retail) to understand their selection requirements
• Understanding market trends and build business cases for new product opportunities
• Developing techniques for pricing Amazon-exclusive products in a scalable manner
• Project managing any tailoring required to ensure selected ASINs can be launched multichannel
• Partnering with retail, cross-functional teams and international Accelerator teams to target major selection and profitability gaps
• Managing the end-to-end product lifecycle
• Improving customer experiment
• Managing vendor relationships on an ongoing basis

Requirements:

• Tenacity to develop ideas independently and thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; fluency in English
• Proven analytical, project management and organizational skills, managing and executing large projects from start to finish
• 6+ years in buying, account management, project or product management, financial analysis and/or marketing
• High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, influence across a large, multi-faceted organization
